This can mean the flange of your breast pump that was once an ideal fit is no longer accurate. Using the incorrect flange can not only impact your milk collection but can also cause damage and pain to your nipple and the surrounding area.

How to use

Simply put your nipple inside the holes shown on the card, and whichever hole comfortably fits your nipple inside (just the nipple, not the nipple and the areola) is the flange size you need. Some people may find they 'fit' into two different sizes, if this is the case, we recommend using the slightly larger size first before testing with the smaller size as your nipple can slightly expand when pumping.
